For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office welcomes new patients, emergencies, and routine care patients.
Financial
It is our intent to carefully and accurately diagnose your dental condition and inform you of any treatment you need. We will inform you of treatment costs and keep you informed of any changes in the original diagnosis. You have the final decision to accept or decline the treatment. If you have Dental Insurance that will be helping you with the cost of treatment, we will be happy to estimate your possible benefit for the treatment and ask that you pay your portion at the time of treatment. As a courtesy and help to our patients we are willing to wait for the insurance portion for a reasonable amount of time. We will make every effort to assist you in getting the maximum benefit available, however, we will not guarantee our estimates from your insurance company. Upon acceptance of treatment, you will be accepting our fees and committing to the total cost of the treatment regardless of any insurance benefits. Insurance is a benefit; it's a way to defray some of the costs, but it's not a diagnosis.
To assist you in the payment for your treatment we accept: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also have available to those patients who qualify Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee of $75 for an average appointment time may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
